The shoot's weather report. A monochrome, instrumental and reactive brand system + web product for the professional weather platform that helps film and video productions avoid losing a shoot day to the weather.
Weather Studio lives at the intersection of scientific observation and film production. We don't give you 'the weather' — we deliver actionable weather intelligence so a shoot decides with data, not luck. The brand behaves like a control room: the red dot REC is its narrative signature — we're always measuring.
Every element feels engineered, measured, calibrated. Instrument geometry, technical typography, a visible grid.
The REC blinks, a sense of recording, an active brand. Red only appears when something is alive or needs attention.
The brand transforms with the weather — sun, cloud, rain, night. The symbol is a system, not a fixed image.
The instrument becomes the brand: concentric ticks, two thin rings and a red REC dot that lives with the blink. Five variants — aperture, monogram, instrument, lockup and primary — each with its mission, from favicon to header.
COMPLETE SYSTEM · 5 MARKS · FROM BRAND MANUAL v2.0
90% ink and paper, 8% gray, 2% REC. The palette is monochrome by discipline: red only marks recording, alerts and active elements. Mist Blue is reserved for weather data.

Inter for interface, headlines and body — web performance and impeccable reading at any size. JetBrains Mono for data, timestamps, coordinates and metadata: it brings the 'control room' feel.

We take the brand system into the product: a web app where the hourly forecast becomes production decisions. Hour-by-hour forecast, AI analysis, golden hour, alerts and professional PDF reports for directors of photography, production and filmmakers.
